We interview 15 ontology authors about how they tackle authoring tasks, the problems they encounter and the strategies they employ in order to overcome problems. We analyse the data generated from interviews using established qualitative analysis methods. We provide interview transcripts and the codebook.

Study: Identifying ontology authoring patterns

A repeat of the first experiment, but without the constraints of eye-tracking.

Participants were asked to watch a 15 minute TV clip and given a tablet computer with which they could view/interact with if they chose. Participants' behaviour was captured on video and their interaction with the tablet was logged remotely.
